HOT STONE MASSAGE
This massage is similar to the holistic massage but is carried out with hot and cold stones. These are used for a deeper penetration to a particular area of concern. Hot Stones creates a deeper penetration, inducing deeper relaxation as this soothes the nerve endings within the body. It increases circulation in the lymphatic and circulatory system, increasing oxygen and nutrients to the cell tissue, relieves and restores aching muscles to their former state whilst also absorbing negative energies from the individual. Cold stones have a very different effect, unblocking congested areas when used on the face and also reducing dark circles around the eyes.  They leave skin firmed and toned.
